About Allison Vaughn
Workers' compensation insurance is designed to protect both an employee and employer — but only if managed correctly.
If you were injured at work, or any time you were performing tasks related to or required by your job, you might be eligible to collect workers' compensation insurance. Although the system is designed to help you receive the benefits you need for your recovery, it's not always simple to get to that point.
You need an experienced lawyer who can get you back on your feet — maybe both figuratively and literally. The attorneys at Wilder Pantazis firm have been working for decades to advocate for clients in workers' compensation and other types of personal injury claims.
Remember this: Once you accept a workers' compensation settlement, you can't change your mind. If it turns out that your condition requires additional treatment or you'll need to be out of work for longer than expected, you're out of luck for receiving additional benefits.
That's why you should contact a workers' compensation lawyer before negotiating your workers' compensation claim.

Allison Vaughn is a native of Lancaster, South Carolina. She has practiced law with the Wilder Pantazis Law Group since 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced on her own for several years.
